Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif recently made a public appearance for promoting their upcoming movie. This was their first public appearance ever since their unfortunate break-up last year, which stirred the fans and the Bollywood fraternity, reports The Times of India.
The on-screen couple invited the press for an exclusive interaction with them while they promoted the song ‘Galti Se Mistake’ from their upcoming movie ‘Jagga Jasoos’, in Mumbai. Their camaraderie was something to die for and it definitely showed how they’ve left their past behind them and have moved with their respective lives.
Surprisingly, Ranbir just couldn’t stop gushing about his ex-girlfriend and we guess that’s the kind of vibe that Katrina has on people. Recently, even Salman was all praises about his ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ co-star at an award function and now it’s Ranbir.
Ranbir spoke about what a great dancer Katrina is and told the media how he has trained her for her famous item numbers, “ It was difficult for me as she is an amazing dancer. Not many people know that Sheila Ki Jawaani, Chikni Chameli, Mashallah and Kamli, inn gaanon ke peeche bohot bada haath mera hai. I used to make her rehearse and even taught her expressions, variations and more. There’s no gratefulness that Katrina has shown it to me. “
He also said how he made and produced the movie only for Katrina. He further added, “She always used to tell me, “ I have given you two superhits ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’ and ‘Raajneeti’. Whatever you are today it’s because of me.” I felt when I will turn producer I will kind of payback and promised her that I will make a superhit for you. So, Dada and I made this film only for Katrina. “He touted Katrina’s performance in the movie as the best and said, “ She is amazing in the film and we are proud. This is going to be Katrina’s best performance. Katrina Kaif superhit ki machine hai. I don’t think there has been a greater star than her in the film industry. Every generation every decade there is a new superstar that comes. I think her achievements have been great and I hope she can double that in next 10 years. “
