Suzana back with Eid tele-drama

Popular model and TV actress Suzana Zafar is back in acting after returning from abroad. She is working for an Eid tele-drama directed by Iftekhaar Ahmed Fahmi. Suzana’s co-actors are Shahiduzzaman Selim, Apurba and Sumaiya Shimu. The shooting began at a house in Uttara on Thursday.
Suzana said: “I have acted in several tele-dramas under Fahmi’s direction. I feel free working with him because he provides a pleasant atmosphere. Besides, Fahmi does not like make-up in his plays. It is quite comfortable because there is no extra pain for taking make-up. I am feeling good to work after a break of several months. I hope the audience will like the tele-drama.” Suzana became the model for a music video, “Keo Na Januk”, sung by Tahsan and composed by Imran, which created a buzz among music lovers. Mizanur Rahman Aryan directed the music video.
Sumayia Zafar Suzana began her journey in showbiz with ramp modeling in 2001. She is now one of the most popular Bangladeshi models for her performance in TV commercials. In 2003, she came to the limelight by winning the Lux Photogenic Beauty Contest Award.
She has acted in various popular dramas such as “Ekannoborthi” and “Fifty Fifty”. Prior to her break, Suzana last acted in a tele-drama, “Sixth sense”, directed by Rakesh Basu, which was aired on Gazi TV.
