Riaz, Himi in one frame for first time

Popular actor Riaz and newbie actress Himi have paired up for the first time in a tele-drama titled ‘Mayabi Jochhonar Megh, directed by Moshtaq Ahmed. This is directorial debut of the director Mashtaq Ahmed. Besides directing, he also wrote the script for the tele-drama. In the tele-drama Riaz will be seen playing the role of Sajib while Himi as Megh. The story of the drama has been written based on Parapsychology, thus, the director was more careful while making the drama, Riaz informed to DhakaLive. Regarding acting in the drama Riaz said, “Earlier I have read quite a few storybook of Moshtaq. As a reader I am very impressed by his writing. The story of ‘Mayabi Jochhonar Megh’ also impressed me. Thus, I did the work with a lot of interest.” “I have worked with Himi earlier, but not cast opposite of me. This is the first time we paired up together. Although she is new, I am impressed with her acting”, he added.
Himi said, “This the first time Riaz and I are working in the same frame. I was impressed. He helped me a lot during shooting even though he is an eminent actor.”
Director Moshtaq Ahmed informed that the drama will be aired in a satellite television channel soon. In the meantime, Riaz completed the shooting of a teledrama opposite of Ishana. On the other hand, Himi completed first film ‘Sesh Dekha’, which is schedule to be released this month. Besides, Himi is working for a drama serial ‘Shunyo Ekti Songshar’.
