Ratasree Dutta, a model-actress from Kolkata who began her showbiz career with photoshoot and modelling in the native industry, is going to make her Bangla film debut in the Dhaka film industry. Ratasree-starrer first Bangla film titled ‘Tokhor’, a completely Bangladeshi production, will release in countrywide cinemas tomorrow.
Though Ratasree earlier acted in a film in the Odhisa film industry, the actress is going to start her journey in the world of Bangla movies under the direction of a Bangladeshi filmmaker, Mizanur Rahman Labu. The title role of the film has played by newcomer Shibly.
Ratasree informed that she worked very hard, the best of her ability, for the film. She put more emphasis on acting than any other things. Besides, she had rehearsal incessantly before standing in front of the movie camera.”
Alongside two other heroines in the film, Ratasree will be seen appearing as the main heroine. Director Mizanur Rahman Labu told that everyone had to go through extensive audition and continuous rehearsal for working in this film.
Produced by Positive Systems and Supports, actors Aliraj, Bapparaj, Shimul Khan and Rahamatullah, among others, have played important roles in the film. Meanwhile, about 60 cinema halls have been confirmed for the release of the film on Friday.
