LRB performs to celebrate eventful journey today

LRB, one of the most popular bands in the country has completed its twenty five-year journey on April 5 this year. To celebrate their eventful journey, LRB will perform at an event titled 25 Years Celebration Concert of LRB today evening at Navaratri Hall 4 of International Convention City Bashundhara in the capital.
LRB founder and celebrated musician Ayub Bachchu told DhakaLive that they will start the concert at 6pm sharp, even there will be a single audience at the venue. Thus, he requested the audience to enter the venue before 6pm. The concert will continue till 10:30pm.
Speaking about the landmark celebration and how many songs they will perform today, Ayub Bachchu said, It is really very tough to calculate how many songs we have performed during our 25-year long journey. As todays concert will be attended by the people of various age groups, now we are in real trouble with the selection of the tracks for todays concert. Besides our old fans, fans from the new generation will also come to todays event. As a result, keeping respect to all and taking requests from the listeners, we are planning to perform about 40 tracks at the concert today.
As well, we think that the unconditional support and contribution of our friends, loving fans, lyricists and family members of our band members brought us to our todays position. Because of everyones cooperation, we are LRB today. They, with their immense love, made us feel to be more responsible. We hope todays concert will be unforgettable, Ayub Bachchu added.
Ayub Bachchu, along with Joy, Swapan and SI Tutul, formed LRB back in 1991. Then, Milton, Riad, Kazi Hablu and Sumon joined this band at different times. The current lineup includes Ayub Bachchu, Swapan, Masud, Romel and Shamim.
