Rozina to appear in Nana Ranger Dinguli

For her stellar performances on screen, multiple National Film Award winning actress Rozina has earned the dream girl title in the countrys film industry. However, it has been a long time since she last appeared in a film. She was last seen in 2004 opposite National Film Award winning actor Ferdous in the film Rakkhoshi directed by Matin Rahman. She has sometimes been seen appearing in telefilms and tele-dramas, which has been directed by herself. Now over the years, Rozina has established a base of curious fans who want to know more about the actress, her life, how she grew up to be todays Rozina.
To fulfil the demand of such fans, Banglavision has produced a special show, which will highlight the life and works of actress Rozina titled Nana Ranger Dinguli. The actress will be seen reminiscing about the lost days by going to her favourite spots.
Rozina shared her thoughts, I had a wonderful time participating in the programme. The style of its presentation was different and I liked it. I also enjoyed sharing my opinions with the viewers. I hope everyone likes it.
In 1977, Rozina was signed in the film Rajmahal, directed by F Kabir Chowdhury, where she acted opposite Wasim. After the film was a super duper hit, Rozina never had to look back. For her role in Amzad Hossain-directed film Kasai, she won the National Film Award. She again won the prestigious award for her stunning performances in Matin Rahmans Jibondhara and Kabir Anwars Dinkaal. She also won the Nigar Award from Pakistan for her acting in the joint-produced film Humse Hain Zamanath, where she acted opposite popular Pakistani actor Nadim. In 1985, Hindi film director Shakti Samanta cast Rozina in his Bengali film Anyay Abichar and its Hindi version Aar Paar in the lead role opposite legendary Indian actor Mithun Chakraborty.
