Yunnan to build hassle-free green channel for introducing talents

At the recent green channel service coordination meeting for the introduction of high-level talented individuals, Yunnan province vowed to build a one-stop, hassle-free green service channel to attract such people.

On August 9, Yunnan province officially published The Yunnan Provincial Green Channel Service Measuresfor the Introduction of High-level Talented Individuals (referred to below as The Measures). The Measures, on the basis of aninterim edition, improved service methods and expanded the scope of recruiting services to cover thirteen total parts. These include immigration and residency, household registration, industry and commerce registration, taxation, customs, finance, scientific research, the transfer of family members, health care, social insurance and professional title grades.

Yunnan province will establish a complete high-level talent management system by setting up talent service windows throughout human resource and social security departments, thus providing recruits with “one-stop” services. In the meantime, an online high-level talent service platform will be built to connect different departments to create a unified, standardized and efficient talent recruitment service.
