Igloo organises country’s biggest ice cream festival

A four-day ice cream festival, which has been organised by Igloo, is set to kick off today at the International Convention City Bashundhara in the capital, says a press release. A press conference was organised yesterday at the La Vinci Hotel to make the formal announcement of the country’s largest ice cream festival. Present at the press conference was chief executive officer of Igloo G M Kamrul Hassan, among other high officials of the company. They also discussed on Igloo’s upcoming plans in the country. During the ice cream festival, there will be unlimited ice cream scoops for all the sweet tooth out there. One can try out as many varieties and flavours of ice cream as they want for Taka 700 only. In addition to all the ice cream, there will also be live music show performed by popular bands like Nemesis, Joler Gaan, Chirkut and Indalo. The event will also host other excitements such as kids zone, fun photography, mascots, instant photo display, magic performance etc. There will be a raffle draw where the participants will get the opportunity to win LED TV, smart phone, Bicycle, Tab, home theatre, etc. Purchase of four or more tickets comes with free home delivery. The ice cream and entertainment bonanza will take place everyday from 11am to 8pm, until August 27 at the Gulnaksha Hall of International Convention City Bashundhara.
