The long-awaited film ‘Aynabaji’ is going to hit countrywide cinemas after this Eid-ul-Azha. Directed by Amitav Reja Chowdhury, the film was supposed to be released this month. But considering the rainy season and the flood situation in the North Bengal, the producers have decided to release the film after the coming Eid, says a press release. On the other hand, considering the eagerness and hopefulness of the audience, the promotional campaigns of the film will begin next week.
Amitav Reja Chowdhury said “The film ‘Aynabaji’ is a film for all. It has been made for all types of audience. I hope that my film will quench the thirst for entertainment of the audience and make a place in their heart.” The film stars Chanchal Chowdhury, Masuma Rahman Nabila, Partha Barua and Gusum Alam in lead roles. To note, the film ‘Aynabaji’ was screened at the Marché du Film section of the 69th edition of Cannes Film Festival. ‘Aynabaji’ is a film about an actor. Ayna is gifted with the natural talent of acting, he is an interchangeable man, he can morph into anyone he wants. One of the crucial aspects of this film is the dark side of Dhaka (Metro) life. It is a story about Dhaka city. A lot of stories can be heard, but there are also stories that go unheard. This film focuses on that.
