‘Science Rocks’

Champs21.com, the producer of television programmes for school children Spelling Bee and Bangladesh First, has come up with a science-based show, ‘Science Rocks’, presented by Doze Internet.
Everything we do in our everyday life is one way or other related to science. Still, kids are scared of science and apart from their text books, few other sources are available to learn about science. To remove the fear of science and make it an interesting topic for children, the show  ‘Science Rocks’ was created, says a press release.
Directed by Hasan Abidur Reza Jewel and hosted by Afnan Shah Qureshi and Sanzida Chowdhury Swarna, the show will demonstrate different science experiments that relate to our daily life in interesting ways.
Afnan and Swarna will appear as siblings. Science is a fun and easy thing to Afnan, but to Swarna it is quite the opposite. We will see Afnan demonstrating different experiments of science to Swarna with an aim to eliminate her fear.
This series will also challenge the viewers as there will be quizzes after the show. The first three persons to give correct answers can win attractive prizes.
Channel i will telecast the all new series at 11:05 AM every Friday. The show was launched on July 22.
People missing the show can dial 2580 from their mobile phones to listen to the experiments aired every week. Also, another content called ‘Daily Doze’ – scientific explanations of some of our daily events and science fun facts – will be available via SMS by subscribing to 2580.
