Aupee Karim ties the knot with Nirjhar

The industry identifies them as a popular actress and a national award winning director. However, now, after being aimed at with Cupid’s bow and being struck by that arrow, actress Aupee Karim and director Enamul Karim Nirjhar are now a married couple as they have officially tied the knot. DhakaLive has news that their wedding ceremony took place on July 7 in a private manner where Nirjhar’s sister, brother-in-law and a few other close people were present. The duo took an instant decision to get married and on that day, after the Esha prayers, they completed the formalities of marriage.
There were no comments from the newlyweds as they have set off for Bangkok, and could not be reached through phone, Facebook or any other means.
This is the third marriage for both as Enamul Karim Nirjhar was married for a second time with model Tanizka in 2011. Aupee Karim had married Japan resident Asir Ahmed back in 2007 through an arranged marriage and then after their divorce, she married television producer Masud Hasan Ujjal in 2011.
Besides giving stellar performances in films such as ‘Bachelor’ and various others, Aupee Karim is renowned for her performances as model in television commercials and tele-dramas. She appeared as a judge on the television show Lux-Channel i Superstar throughout 2014.
In addition to film making, Enamul Karim Nirjhar is also an architect and has a passion for photography and writing. He was involved in various cultural activities related to film movement, poetry, story writing, publication and illustration. l
