Three siblings together in SI Tutul’s Eid show

Popular singers and sisters Samina Chowdhury, Fahmida Nabi and their brother Pancham will appear together in a special musical programme ‘Musical Café’ anchored by audience-admired singer SI Tutul. In the show, alongside the siblings, anchor of the show SI Tutul performed two songs.  DhakaLive has news that the recording of the songs took place on June 27 in the drama studio of Bangladesh Television.   Samina Chowdhury sang ‘Anurodh Kore Ar Ki Hobe’ and ‘Amay Dekona Ferano Jabena’, while her sister Fahmida Nabi sang ‘Amar Mon Bhalo Ney Bole’ and ‘Jai Ki Chera Buker Pajor’. Their brother Pancham performed the tracks ‘Akasher Neele’ and ‘Emon Ekta Somoy Chhilo’. Then the three siblings and SI Tutul performed together as well. They performed singer Mahmudunnabi’s notable song ‘Tumi Kokhon Eshe Dariye Acho Amar Ajante’ from the film ‘Abirbhab’. Samina Chowdhury and SI Tutul also performed ‘Bhalolage Chad’. Regarding the performance in the show, Samina Chowdhury said, “The programme was great and I had a wonderful time singing in it along with everyone else. The atmosphere was such that it was enjoyable.” Fahmida Nabi said, “To perform on the same stage along with close people, there is a different feeling that works. That feeling will be experienced by the viewers.” SI Tutul said, “We tried to present a different type of programme. I hope the viewers like it.” ‘Musical Café’ will be aired on Eid day at 4pm on Bangladesh Television (BTV).
