‘BCL men’ torch hostel rooms of Rajshahi College

Some Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) activists of Rajshahi College unit allegedly torched two rooms of a hostel of the college yesterday following the assault on a fellow man, reports UNB.
Students said some leaders and activists of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) of the college unit, led by its president Mortaza Fahim and general secretary Maksudur Rahman Sourav, took Shahinur Reza Shahin, a fourth year student of Chemistry Department of the college and a BCL activist, to a room of Muslim Hostel at noon as a sequel to the previous enmity and gave him a good beating.
