Monalisa in 2 drama serials this Eid

Popular model-actress Monalisa, who recently returned to the country after a long time, has been busy with various works as she resumed her acting and modeling career through various recent projects. Now she is getting busier as she has her hands full with two new Eid drama serials. She will be appearing in a drama serial titled ‘Average Aslam’, written and directed by Sagar Jahan. DhakaLive has news that the shooting of the drama serial began yesterday in the capital’s Jatrabari area. Then from May 23, she will be acting in a six-episode drama serial titled ‘D R Sulayman’, directed by Sajin Ahmed Babu.  Audience admired actor Mosharraf Karim will be appearing alongside Monalisa in both the drama serials. Regarding her return to acting, Monalisa said, “The last time I acted three years ago, it was also under the direction of Sagar Jahan for ‘Sikandar Box’. I am working with Mosharraf Karim after three years. It is a great feeling working with the familiar faces and familiar unit, but with a whole new approach. I am very hopeful about both the drama serials and I ask for everyone’s well wishes that the works are completed successfully.”To note, Monalisa recently completed the work for an Eid tele-drama titled ‘Phoenix Fly’, directed by Ananya Emon. She recently also completed modeling for ‘Jamuna Fan’, and that commercial began airing on television from the current week. Monalisa received immense praise for her performance in the commercial .
