Chirkutt to attend �SXSW Music Festival 2016� in USA

Chirkutt, one of the popular band music troupes in Bangladesh which had earlier performed in the USA, is now again going to attend an event titled ‘SXSW Music Festival 2016’ which will be held from March 15 to 20 in Austin, Texas, in the in the United States (USA). Chrikutt band members are very excited over attending such a grand festival, where about 2500 music troupes will take part. Lead vocal of the band, Sharmin Sultana Sumi informed that they will start shortly for USA to attend the festival. Besides, they will perform in as many as seven venues during their one-month tour to USA.
The special and main performance of the festival will take place on March 16 and 17. On the other hand, Chirkutt will participate in the ‘Concert for Bangladesh’ in Dallas on March 12, while they will perform on Agami TV in Austin on March 14. Then, they will perform in a few more concerts in the various venues, such as Florida on March 26, New York on April 3 and three other concerts in Atlanta on April 10.
‘SXSW Music Festival’ is one of the largest and most influential global music events of the year, taking place every March in Austin, Texas - the Live Music Capital of the World. Hundreds of acts have already been announced for SXSW 2016.
At SXSW 2015, more than 30,000 music industry professionals and musicians took in six nights of performances in over 100 downtown venues, with a lineup featuring 2,200 acts from 62 foreign countries. l
