When today’s popular singer-composer-music director Imran was a participant in the ‘Channel i Sera Kantha 2008’, legendary singers Runa Laila and Sabina Yasmin were the main judges in that reality show. After gaining recognition from the competition, the playback singer got an opportunity to sing with Sabina Yasmin for a film’s  playback. It was also Imran’s great desire to perform alongside Runa Laila one day. For Imran, that dream finally turned into reality as he has lent his vocal to a playback song with Runa Laila titled ‘Mon Ta Kere Nilo’. The lyric of song has been written by Sudip Kumar Dwip, while its tune and music arrangement have been done by Ali Akram Shuvo. The song will be featured in the film ‘Pangku Jamai’ directed by Abdul Mannan. DhakaLive has news that the recording of the song was completed on Monday. Runa Laila praised a lot about Imran, , “He is a very talented singer. I heard that in quite a short span of time he has also directed many songs. He performed really well in the duet and I wish him all the best for the future.” An exuberant and joyous Imran expressed his excitement, “It was simply a dream come true for me. My wish has been fulfilled. I got to meet her and it was an amazing experience. I am delighted that she praised my performance. I liked the song as well and am very hopeful about it. I believe the listeners will like it as well.”
