IFFC gets new managing director

Shahabuddin Patwary, additional secretary, Economic Relations Division, Ministry of Finance, has recently been appointed as the managing director of Infrastructure Investment Facilitation Company (IIFC), a press statement said.

The new responsibility came into effect from January 9 for interim period in addition to his main role in ERD

Patwary joined ERD, Ministry of Finance as the World Bank Wing Chief on December 2019 17. Prior to the new assignment he worked in the Bangladesh Embassy, Washington, DC as Economic Minister.
