A 19-day solo art exhibition titled ‘Story of a Seed’ by Fareha Zeba will begin today at Kalakendra in the capital’s Mohammadpur area.
Curated by artist Wakilur Rahman, the exhibition will be inaugurated today at 6pm, where social activists Khushi Kabir and professor Lala Rukh Selim will be present as the special guests.
Figurative art, political events, and issues related to women have been close to Fareha Zeba’s heart. Her art evolves around human and nature. Human interaction, the wonders of nature, and social realism draw her immensely to illustrate, paint, and create sculptures. Her works are also about our connection with the natural world. She enjoys working on social realism and political concerns.
The exhibition will remain open to all every day from 4pm to 8pm until October 8.
