IU goes on vacation today

Islamic University (IU) is going to a 42-day vacation from today on the occasion of summer, holy Ramadan and Eid-ul-Fitr. ‘The academic of the university will remain close from today to 22, said at the university registrar office yesterday.
The university authorities will provide logistic support for holding classes and examinations during the vacations, said at Emdadul Alam, Deputy Registrar of IU academic section. IU acting Registrar SM Abdul Latif said all the academic and administrative activities will resume on June 12 after ending the vacation.
All residential halls will remain closed on the occasions from May 23 to June 10 and will reopen on June 11, he also added.
MUAC offers free scholarship

Malaysian University Application Center (MUAC) has agreed to extend collaborative support to Bangladesh’s ICT sector by offering free scholarship to interested students of the country for obtaining higher education in Malaysia. According to agreed terms MUAC will be providing free air-tickets for the students to travel to Malaysia. MUAC chairman Syed Imran Ahmed disclosed this information while exchanging views with journalists at a press conference at his office in the city recently. In terms of the decision MUAC will be providing package facilities for obtaining free educational visa, consultancy and different type of part time job opportunities in Malaysia cities chairman Imran detailed.
