Nine-day Arabian food festival at Radisson Blu Dhaka from today

Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden, known for their expertise in the fields of culinary arts and the service industry, is hosting a nine-day food festival titled Thousand One Arabian Nights @ Water Garden Brasserie at the hotels beautiful buffet restaurant, Water Garden Brasserie every day from 6:30pm to 10:30pm from today.
Inspired from the rich traditions of the Arabia, the hotel is embracing the root of the Arabian heritage, welcoming guests with the aroma of fine cuisines and a delightful Arabian ambiance. This event will be a treat for food lovers and culture enthusiasts alike.
Executive Sous Chef of the hotel, Chef Mofiz will be preparing these authentic Arabian fine cuisines using fresh Arabian ingredients and serving them with a twist of the gourmet.
Guests can enjoy the incredible spectacle of live cooking dishes from the live cooking stations at the festival premise, giving a live taste of Arabian preparations. These stations will feature a host of delicacies Appetizers, Shawarmas, Rotisseries, Lamb Oasis, cooked live and to the guests preference.
A grand selection of Arabian food will be present for the guests to enjoy starting with the Soup of the day and Lamb Harirra, and moving to the main course, there will be a selection of exclusive Arabian Kebabs as well specialty dishes such as Khouzi, Lebanese Baked Chicken, Laham bil Batata (Lamb Potato), Samak Hara and a lot more for the guests to relish on. Accompanying these grand dishes will be an assortment of delicious Arabian desserts as well.
Guests attending the festival can also enjoy Buy One Get One offer with some selected cards. As a special treat for the guests, there will be a raffle draw with exciting prizes and a very special grand prize for a lucky participant.
