12 SPs get new postings

Twelve senior police officers, rank of Superintendent of Police (SP) or equivalent, have been given new postings in different units across the country, reports UNB.
The Home Ministry has already issued a notification in this regard yesterday.
According to the notification, SP of Cumilla district Md Shah Abid Hossain has been posted in Mymensingh district, while he will be replaced by existing SP of the Mymensingh district Sayed Nurul Islam.
SP of Gazipur District has been posted to Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) as one of its Deputy Commissioner (DC). He will be replaced by SO of Chandpur district Shamsunnahar.
SP of Pabna Jihadul Kabis has been given new posting as the SP of Chandpur district, while he was replaced by Assistant Inspector of General (AIG) of Police Headquarters Sheikh Rafiqul Islam.
DC of Chittagong Metropolitan Police Sayed Abu Sayem has been given posting to Dinajpur district as its SP, while its existing SP Md Hamidul Alam has been posted to the CMP as one of its DC.
SP of Jessore District Md Anisur Rahman has been given posting to Naryangonj district as the SP, while he will be replaced by existing SP Naryangonj Mainul Hoque.
SP of Barguna district Bijoy Bosak has been posted as a DC of the CMP, while DC of CMP Md Maruf Hossain will be replaced Bijoy Bosak.
