Zaker Party to hold 87 Eid congregations across country

Zaker Party will organise 87 congregations across the country on the occasion of holy Eid-ul-Fitr, one of the biggest religious festivals of the Muslims.

The party has been organising such Eid congregations for the last 7 years.

Of the 87 jamaats planned this year, two will be held in the capital – one in Dhaka North and another Dhaka South  - and 85 in metropolitan cities, district headquarters and organisational districts. All the jamaats will commence simultaneously at 10:30am.

After the Eid congregations, the participating devotees will be entertained with traditional food-items of Eid, where the rich and the poor will sit together in the same row and have their meals.

The party will also host closing iftar programmes at the 87 venues on the evening before the Eid ul-Fitr.
