SI Sultana rewarded

Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr Mohammad Jabed Patwary on Monday rewarded Sub-Inspector (SI) Shabnam Sultana as part of recognition of her humanitarian work while performing her duty, reports UNB. The IGP formally handed SI Shabnam Sultana the rewarded prize money at a simple programme held at the police headquarters on Monday. In the programme, the IGP said SI Sultana has done a very commendable job keeping traffic movement normal in her own initiative by rescuing the driver of a pick-up van who was injured in an accident in front of the Civil Aviation Training Centre of Tejgaon on April 22.
