Bizon Mistry to present classical songs at Chhayanaut today

Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre is organising an evening of classical and light classical songs by Shri Bizon Chandra Mistry today at Chhayanaut Main Auditorium, Dhanmondi in the capital.
Bizon Chandra is Teacher of Nazrul Sangeet at Chhayanaut Sangeet Biddayatan. He has performed in many prestigious programmes Solo performance at Bengal Foundations 10-day Music Festival at Sylhet in 2017, solo performance at Nazrul Music Festival organised by Nazrul Academy in 2016 at Bangladesh National Museum, solo performances in programmes at Ramakrishna Mission and others.
Bizon Chandra Mistry regularly performs at BTV and many other TV channels of Bangladesh. Awards received by him include Nazrul Academy Young Talent Singer Award 2009 and RTV Diamond World Best Artist (Junior) Award 2012.
He has brought out many solo and mixed music albums which include mixed albums brought out by Chhayanaut and Nazrul Institute. His latest album of Nazrul Sangeet has been brought out by Bengal Foundation in 2018.
