Capstone course opens at NDC
The annual two-week long Capstone course for national policymaking leadership was inaugurated yesterday at the National Defence College. The course will terminate on March 15, says a press relase. Lieutenant General Chowdhury Hasan Sarwardy, Commandant, NDC, inaugurated the course as the chief guest. The course is in its ninth year and has generated great interest among all sectors of the national policymaking milieu.
A total of 35 fellows including parliamentarians, bureaucrats/technocrats (Secretaries and equivalent), senior military officers (Major General and equivalent), eminent educationalist, senior doctors at policy planning level, senior police officer, senior representative from government autonomus institutions, senior journalists, business leaders/CEOs/industrialists, Non Government Organisation representatives and consul/diplomat are taking part in the course.
