Mayor Annisul’s health condition improving

The condition of Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Mayor Annisul Huq, who is now in a London hospital ICU, is gradually improving, reports UNB. "Annisul is still in ICU and he will be there for few more days as he needs monitoring," his personal secretary Mizanur Rahman told the news agency. Mizanur said that the mayor is now under treatment at a neurological institute in London.

Annisul, suffering from neurological problem (dizziness and lack of balance) for the last two months, was admitted to the hospital on August 13. He was then diagnosed with cerebral vasculitis at the hospital.

Annisul flew to London in the last week of July on a personal tour.
