Tanima Hadi’s debut album ‘Ei Ki Jibon’ released

Young singer Tanima Hadi, the daughter of veteran singer Syed Abdul Hadi, has come up with her debut album ‘Ei Ki Jibon’. The songs of the album have been created by eminent musician Ayub Bachchu. The celebrities from the country’s music world gathered at the album launching programme at the Central Public Library auditorium in the capital on Thursday.

The album consists of 10 songs, which were recorded 15 years ago in 2002. The album has been released in digital format under the banner of Bangla Dhol.

To attend the programme and inspire Tanima Hadi, prominent singers and musicians like Syed Abdul Hadi, Alauddin Ali, Alam Khan, Fatema-Tuz-Zohra, Ayub Bachchu, Shahidullah Farayezi, managing director of Bangla Dhol Enamul Haq and others, including many singers of the younger generation were present.

The guests at the programme delivered speeches wishing Tanima Hadi a successful career in the coming days. Syed Abdul Hadi said about her daughter and her songs, “Today’s programme does not seem to be an album launching of my daughter, rather it is an event of our music family. My second generation is doing music, this is truly a matter of joy for me.”

Ayub Bachchu said, “Tanima is my niece. She sang the songs for the album in a wonderful manner. Most of the songs were ‘one-take’ recording. I created these songs in 2002. It contains lots of memories.”

An emotional Tanima Hadi said, “My mother’s dream came true. She used to go with me during the recording of the songs. My mother is no more today. She would have been very proud mother today.”
