Parbati, Chandramukhi and Devdas in Dithi’s new song

Young trendy singer Dithi Anwar is coming up with an original song for her fans and audience this year. Her new song is about the three famous characters of Sharat Chandra—Devdas, Parbati and Chandramukhi. The lyric of the song is written by Dithi’s father Gazi Mazharul Anwar, the Ekushey Padak recipient and multi-National Film Award winning lyricist. Tune and music arrangement of the song have been done by Ahmed Kislu. The recording of the song has already been completed. After completing the recording of the song recently, Dithi went to America on July 4.

Dithi said about the song, “The song is a romantic one, but this is a different type of romantic song. My father always writes song in a wonderful manner—I have nothing new to say about it. But I never imagined I would be fortunate enough to sing a song like this. I am really grateful to my father, one of the celebrated lyricists of the subcontinent. At the same time, I express my gratitude to Ahmed Kislu for the outstanding music composition. I am very hopeful about the song.”

Dithi informed that the music video of the song will be made after she returns home on August 9. Likewise, she will appear as a model in her own song and there would be three models, who will play as Devdas, Parbati and Chandramukhi in the video.

To note, Dithi Anwar released her fourth solo album ‘Porachokh’ at the end of the last year.
