266 sheltered wild animals back into nature

Recently, the Yunnan Provincial Wildlife Rescue Centre released 266 animals back into their natural habitats.

According to experts, the released animals have gone through isolated observation, careful treatment, scientific feeding and wildness training. Their physical and behavioural conditions were already suitable for living in the wild. These wild animals were released according to their habitats and species distributions. They were released at the Yunnan Wild Animal Park and the Pu’er Taiyanghe National Forest Park based on the rescue records.

After the release, staff members from the Yunnan Provincial Wildlife Rescue Centre, will monitor the newly released animals, keeping track of their living situations and studying their migratory routes and life histories.
