Shabnur, once a leading heroine, is set to return to the silver screen after a long break. According to sources, her latest film ‘Pagol Manush’ got its certificate from the censor board without much deliberations. Though the actress is spending time abroad with her husband Anik and son Aijan Nehan, she has reportedly been waiting eagerly to return to Dhaka and start working again. Those involved with the film told this correspondent that they were planning to release the movie after Eid and Shabnur will be in Dhaka during the release.  
MA Mannan, who started directing the movie in June 2011, died of cardiac arrest half way through. As a result, the movie faced uncertainty but to the delight of everyone involved, Director Bodiul Alam Khokon grabbed the helm for the remaining portion of the shooting. Newcomer Shahen will be seen pairing with Shabnur in the film.
