Young Bangladeshi model-anchor Shoron Rahman has been chosen as the ‘Face of Bangladesh’ to represent the country in the upcoming ‘Asia Model Festival 2017’. The festival is scheduled to be held in Seoul, Korea from June 22 to June 26, 2017. Bangladesh is the latest entry in the Asia’s top model hunting platform ‘Asia Model Festival’ and is ready for this year’s biggest modelling and fashion event in the country through the platform ‘Face of Bangladesh’.
Shoron expressed his feeling about becoming ‘Face of Bangladesh’, “It’s like a dream comes true. To be the ‘Face of Bangladesh’ is a huge responsibility as this is for the first time that Bangladesh has been included in the ‘Asia Model Festival’. I believe I have to give me 1000% to mark Bangladesh in a good position. I might not be the best, but I have the confidence, passion and diligence to be the best and the platform, I believe, will be the aid for me towards success.”
There will be 30 selected contestants fighting for two winning positions in each female and male category. The top two winners from both categories will participate in the Asian Model Festival, where 25 Asian countries will be contesting for the top position.
