Versatile actor and audience-admired actress Aruna Biswas will appear together for the first time in a drama serial titled ‘Jiboner Oli Goli’, directed by Fazlur Rahman. The drama serial can be seen every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at ATN Bangla at 9:20 pm. The plot of the drama serial is centred on Shahiduzzaman Selim  and Aruna Biswas, who love each other from childhood. But as they grow up, their lives move forward and their story changes, but their feelings for each other remain.
Aruna Biswas, who is currently in Canada with her son, said, “ I want to begin by passing on my thoughts and well wishes to my very good friend Diti. I pray that she has a full and speedy recovery.” She added, “Shahiduzzaman Selim is a brilliant actor. It was a certainly a pleasurable experience working with him.” Today is also Aruna Biswas’s birthday and she will be celebrating it with her son, mother, brother and nephew. Her co-artiste Shahiduzzaman Selim passed on his well wishes to the actress for her special day. He also shared his thoughts, “ Aruna Biswas came into acting before me. She is a brilliant actress and it is truly a joyous matter for me that I got to work with her.”
To note, Shahiduzzaman Selim has received immense praise for his performance in Alvi Ahmed’s ‘U-Turn’. Aruna Biswas directed two tele-films last Eid, titled ‘ Laddu’ and ‘Athoba Prem Noyto Bhalobasa’, aired on separate channels, which was well received by the viewers.
