Sachin never thought India would lose to Bangladesh

Crashing mighty Indian team in 2007 World Cup is one of the most memorable moments for Bangladesh cricket and on the other side of the coin, it is regarded as one of the ‘worst’ days in career by India’s living legend Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar.'I never thought we would lose to Bangladesh' reminisces Sachin Tendulkar, reports bdcric.time.com.In an exclusive interview with mid-day, Sachin remembered the occasion, 10 years ago on this day, when India were thrown out of the mega tournament after losing to Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.Tendulkar said, “I would call it (March 23, 2007) one of my worst days in cricket. When you feel you win and end up losing, you are bound to feel terrible.Tendulkar revealed he spent two days in utter frustration, “We were in the West Indies for two days after we lost, but I didn’t leave my hotel room after we lost. I was in no mood to do anything. It was such a massive disappointment that I didn’t feel like doing anything in those two days. It was tough to get that out of your mind and move on to the next tournament.”
