Veteran composer and music director Sheikh Sadi Khan has been chosen for this year’s Human Rights Lifetime Achievement Award. Bangladesh Environment and Human Rights Implementation Society has decided to honour the noted musician with the award. The award will be handed over to Sheikh Sadi Khan at a programme tomorrow at 5pm at Shawkat Osman Memorial Auditorium of Central Public Library in the capital. To note, Sheikh Sadi earlier received the National Film Award for two times.
