Talented Bangladeshi singer Arnob, who is considered to be a magician of alternative music, will be seen participating as a judge in an Indian music reality show titled ‘Great Music Gurukul’ on Colors Bangla TV. DhakaLive has news about Arnob’s involvement in the show that he will be seen sitting at the judge’s seats with four other Indian famous musicians like Hariharan, Kavita Krishnamurthy, Javed Ali and Jeet Ganguly. Besides appearing as a judge, he will also be seen singing song in the show.
Colors Bangla is now all set to present the channel’s most awaited reality based musical show ‘Great Music Gurukul’ from tonight. Starting April 13, 32 Contestants who have already proved their mettle will now come together for the year’s biggest musical face-off. Four renowned singers have been roped in the role of mentor to guide all the contestants in their battle for becoming the winner of this show. Produced by FRAMES production house the show will air every Monday to Wednesday from 9 to 10 pm (Indian local time) only on Colors Bangla.
The Top 24 will then be selected by the Mentors, to represent their respective Gharanas. With elimination each week the top 10 contestants will be then vying for public votes for the battle of the winner. The show has been directed by Ashim Sen and the creative director is Deep Chanda. l
