Gazipur city unit of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal, a student wing of Bangladesh Nationalist Party, demanded immediate release of Gazipur City Corporation (GCC) Mayor MA Mannan and its central president Razib Ahsan. They raised the demand at a demonstration programme in the city yesterday. Earlier, they brought out a procession from Kabir Market of city that paraded different streets and ended in Shibbari area of the city.  Kazi Azim Uddin College unit JCD president Mahmud Hasan Razu presided over the programme while secretary Habibur Rahman Ripon,  JCD leader Ruhanuzzaman Sukkur, Joni Sarker, Saiful Islam Shamim, Rana Naser Sibly, Fuad Hasan, Zakaria Hamid Jumman, Masud Rana and Nazrul Islam spoke among others.
