This summer, Kunming will have its first ever direct flights to Moscow. At 17:30 on March 10, Beijing time, an Airbus A330-300 landed at Kunming Changshui Inter-national Airport, marking the official delivery of Lucky Air’s first wide-body aircraft. The planeis expected to fly the new Kunming-Moscow intercontinental route this summer, representing Yunnan’s first direct air route to Eastern Europe.
With a dual-aisle cabin layout, the A330-30 has 292 seats, including 32 first-class and 260 economy-class seats. The aircraft is expected to fly popular routes to Sanya, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Beijing once put into official use on March Moscow later this summer.
