‘Joy Bangla Concert’ at Army Stadium March 7

To pay tribute to the historic speech made by Bangabandhu Sheikh Majibur Rahman on March 7, a special concert titled ‘Joy Bangla Concert’ is set to take place, like previous years, at the Army Stadium in the capital on that day.
Leading bands Warfaze, Chirkut, Arbovirus, Lalon, Cryptic Fate, Nemesis, Shironamhin and Shunno will perform at the concert.
Country’s largest youth platform, under the auspices of Center for Research and Information (CRI), is organising the concert.
To transcend the limit of entertainment, four inspiring Audio Visuals (AVs), --- Pride, Courage, Inspiration and Trust---- on mentioned themes will also be screened there. Contents for all the AVs have been compiled from moments of the historic March 7 speech of Bangabandhu.
Moreover, another key attraction of this edition is the screening of the colorised version of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s historic March 7 speech – a transformation from black and white into colour.
Like last two years, renowned musicians will open the show by conducting a grand orchestra playing the National Anthem.
“The concert seeks to imbue the youths of the country with that timeless message using the universal medium of music, culture and arts”, said Sabbir Bin Shams, Executive Director of CRI.
While the entry to the concert is free, visitors have to undergo a registration process through http://ticket.youngbangla.org. l
