Norwegian Foreign Minister Børge Brende will attend the programme at the Central Shaheed Minar in the capital that will be organised on the occasion of February 21, the International Mother Language Day. Foreign Minister Abul Hassan Mahmood Ali invited his Norwegian counterpart during a bilateral visit to Oslo in September, 2016. Brende will arrive in the capital today on a four-day official visit. Apart from attending February 21 programmes as a guest of honour, he will hold official talks with Minister Ali to discuss bilateral issues. He will also meet Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
