Glamorous model-actress Bidya Sinha Saha Mim, who is one of the most popular showbiz actresses of the current generation in the country, has her hands full with four films. Of the four, one film titled ‘Ami Tomar Hote Chai’ is set to hit 87 cinemas across the country on the Victory Day, a national holiday, today.
Directed by Ananya Mamun, Mim played the role of Sreya against actor Bappi Saha in the film. Another film ‘Bhalobasa Emon-e Hoy’ by Tania Ahmed will be released on January 27 while Shaikat Nasir’s ‘Pashan’ will be released on March next year. The shooting of ‘Daag’, another film acted by Mim is yet to be completed. Tareque Sikder is directing the film.
Mim said the storyline of all these films are quite deferent.
“I am feeling satisfied working in all these new films. From now on, I am giving my whole attention to films that is the reason I took myself away from the small screen. One of my films ‘Ami Tomar Hote Chai’ is going to be released on Friday (today) and I am excited about it,” she said.
I am also hopeful about the other three films that will be released next year, she added. To note, Mim won the National Film Award for the film ‘Jonakir Alo’ directed by Khalid Mahmud Mithu. Her other notable films include ‘Amar Praner Priya’, ‘Tarkata’, ‘Black’, ‘Padma Patar Jol’ and ‘Sweet Heart’.
