Popular model-actress Bidya Sinha Mim recently became the new ambassador for Lux.  The signing ceremony took place on November 29 at the corporate office of Unilever Bangladesh Limited in the capital’s Gulshan area. On behalf of Unilever Bangladesh Limited, Finance Director Zahidul Islam Malita, Senior Brand Manager Naheyan Hye Brand Manager Adiba Tasmeem were present at the event.
“We are delighted to welcome Mim as the brand ambassador of Lux. We hope that the journey of Lux and Mim will bring many more success stories for us to share,” said Zahidul Islam Malita, Finance Director of Unilever Bangladesh. The Lux Channel i Super Star of 2007, Bidya Sinha Mim had won the Best Actress award for playing the lead in “Amar Achhe Jol”, a movie directed by the famous writer and director Humayun Ahmed. From then onwards, Mim has starred in a number of movies, dramas and commercials, showcasing her amazing talent with each performance. Expressing her excitement over becoming the new brand ambassador, Bidya Sinha Mim said, “Each and every brand ambassador of Lux has been a role model in my life. I am extremely proud to be following their footsteps along the same path. As I took the first steps of my career with Lux Channel i Super Star, today I am thrilled to be a part of Lux once again, and I hope this brings more success in my career ahead.”
