312 houses brought under power network in Panchagarh

total of 312 houses at Lohagara village in Debiganj upazila of the district have been brought under rural electrification network by Panchagarh Palli Biddyut Samity on Thursday.
Advocate Nurul Islam Sujon, MP of Panchagarh-2 constituency formally inaugurated the electrification programme as the chief guest at a simple function on the premises of Lohagara Government Primary School.
The chief guest said electricity is necessary part each our daily life. We could not go without electricity in digital Bangladesh. Computer, internet, cell phone, information centre have become dependable on electricity.
The school and college going students are seeking service related information and done application for service from the home. Farmers are getting agriculture information from concerned union parishad information center. The electricity would be reached every village under the present government tenure.The programme was arranged by Palli Biddyut Samity of Panchagarh.The programme was also addressed, among others, by upazila chairman of Debiganj M Hasnat Zaman Chowdary Jarjee, additional general Manager of Polli Biddyut of Boda upazila Abdur Rashid, Upazila Awami League President ASM Nuruzzaman.
