CU C-3 unit admission test held
CHITTAGONG: The cancelled admission test of C-3 unit under Business Administration Faculty of Chittagong University (CU) was held yesterday.
A total of 5,758 admission seekers took part in the test today, said Business Administration Faculty Dean Prof Dr Jahangir Alam, who is also chairman of the Admission Test Committee.
The examination was held at Social Science and Business Administration faculty buildings, he said adding that the result of the test will be published tomorrow (Saturday).
Earlier, the test was held on October 31 last but later the CU authority decided to retake the test following allegations of irregularities in the question paper.
The admission seekers, who earlier took part in the admission test from science group, alleged that the answers to the questions were already given in the question sheet.
The authority, after the allegation, postponed the viva-voce of the C-3 unit and formed a two member inquiry committee.
Later, the authority decided to retake the admission test after receiving the report of the investigation team.
