As part of the party’s plan to overhaul its grassroots units, the triennial council of Jamalpur district unit BNP will be held tomorrow reports UNB. BNP vice chairman M Shahjahan will inaugurate the programme at a Singhajani High School ground at 10am in Jamalpur district town, said a party press release yesterday. Party secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir will be present at the council as the chief guest. Central BNP leaders, including its joint secretary general Syed Moazzem Hossain Alal, will also address the programme with Jamalpur district BNP president Faridul Kabir Talukder Shamim in the chair.
