NATORE/NILPHAMARI: A total of 831 houses of seven villages in Sadar upazila Natore and about 154 residential houses of Kisamat-Bhutiapara village under Polashbari union in Sadar upazila of have been brought under rural electrification network by Natore Palli Bidyut Samity-1 (NPBS) and Nilphamari Palli Bidyut Samity, reports BSS. M Shafiqul Islam Shimul MP formally inaugurated the electrification network as the chief guest at a simple function at Basupara field yesterday afternoon. AGM of NPBS Nur-e-Alam, joint secretary of Zila Awami League Syed Murtuza Ali Bablu and office secretary Dilip Pramaniq spoke at the function, among others, while Laxmipur-Kholabaria Union Parishad Chairman Abdul Baten Bhuiyan was in the chair. NPBS brought an area of about 10 kilometres under rural electrification network spending Taka about 2.21 crore. About 154 residential houses of Kisamat-Bhutiapara village under Polashbari union in Sadar upazila have been brought under rural electrification network yesterday by Palli Bidyut Samity (PBS).
