Students block road in Habiganj

Students blocked traffic movement from all sides at Townhall road in the town yesterday morning, demanding removal of seven creative pattern questions and reinstating previous question pattern in all examinations, reports UNB from Habiganj. Students from class VI to X, alongside the SSC candidates of 2018 pressed for answering six instead of seven creative questions. Many students spoke during their demonstration led by Habiganj Govt High School cabinet president Md Khairul Chowdhury. They torched a tyre, blocked traffic and staged a sit-in demonstration. Later, they withdrew their blockade after upazila secondary education officer Md Zia Uddin informed them that their demands will be sent to the Education Ministry.
