Audience-admired actress Diana began her journey into the world of acting almost a decade ago. Throughout this journey, she also acted in three praiseworthy films. In addition to modelling for various television commercials, she also appeared in several popular tele-dramas and drama serials over the course of time. Now, the popular actress can be seen in two new drama series, which are ‘Shanti Adhidaptar’, directed by Syed Shakil and the other one is titled ‘Astha’ by Ejaj Munna. Diana has played two different roles in these drama serials.
Regarding the drama serials, Diana said, “The story, characters and direction of both the drama serials have been much-appreciated and praised by the audience. I am also receiving immense praise for my performances in the dramas. I am very grateful to both Syed Shakil and Ejaj Munna for giving me the opportunity to be part of the drama serials and giving me good roles to perform with. A while back, I was quite irregular in acting, but recently I have become quite busy with it. Acting brings me pleasure and I am always at peace whenever I act.”
Diana first appeared as a model on a billboard for Nescafe. During the very beginning of her career, she only wanted to focus on modelling. However, with the winds of time and change, she also focused on establishing herself as a good actress. She appeared in Salauddin Lavlu’s tele-drama ‘Alta Sundori’, for which she received immense praise for portraying the character of Masuma. Her much-talked about tele-dramas are ‘Rakhoshi’ by Saidul Anam Tutul and ‘Chorai Dhon’. She was also commended for the drama serial ‘Mumbasa’ by Shihab Shahin. The films in which she appeared in are Khijir Hayat Khan’s ‘Jaago’, Nasiruddin Yousuf’s ‘Guerilla’ and Saif Chandan’s ‘Cheleti Abol Tabol Meyti Pagol Pagol’.
After returning from break, she also modelled for RFL Door, RFL Chopping Wood and SMC.
