Kalapara senior judicial magistrate Anisur Rahman was critically injured as a ceiling fan fell on her at his office room in Kalapara on Tuesday evening. He is undergoing treatment at Kalapara upazila health complex, Mahbubur Rahman, resident medical officer of the hospital said. Kalapara magistrate court building was setup in the Office Mahalla area in 1993. Arifuzzaman Rasel, bench assistant of Kalapara senior judicial magistrate court, said rainwater often seeped through the roof of the building. “To save important case documents we use polythene” he said.  Advocate Habibur Rahman, Patuakhali District Bar Association’s Kalapara representative, said hundreds of people come to the court building every day taking risk.
