‘Niyoti’, a full-length feature film starring promising actor Arefin Shuvo, will hit 105 cinemas countrywide today. Produced by Jaaz Multimedia, the film is directed by well-known filmmaker Jakir Hossain Raju.
DhakaLive has news that the film has been made with the story written by Jaaz’s owner Abdul Aziz. Though the film will be released in Bangladesh today, ‘Niyoti’ already saw its Kolkata release earlier on June 10.
On the occasion of the release of ‘Niyoti’, Shuvo is now on a 10-day vacation for the promotion of the film. During his vacation that concludes today, Shuvo attended numerous programmes and shows on different TV channels and Radio channels to share his thoughts on why the viewers should watch his film ‘Niyoti’. Besides, showing up personally, he also spoke to the different national dailies and online news portals.
As a part of his film promotion, Arefin Shuvo also visited The Independent office on last Tuesday and shared different aspects of his film.
When asked why the viewers should watch the film, the talented actor of the current generation said, “The films those are being produced here, I know what their stories are about. I can say with assurance that the story of our ‘Niyoti’ is unique, a little bit different. Firstly, the film should be watched for its unique story. Secondly, Jakir Hossain Raju is a veteran director; for this reason, the film should also be watched. Thirdly, every one of us who acted in the film, we tried to do our level best—even for this reason, the film should be watched by every caring audience. I believe everybody will be pleased who will watch the film.”
Moreover, the film ‘Niyoti’ can lead him to a prosperous destiny and make his presence more acceptable among the viewers— Shuvo himself firmly believes in this way.
Director Jakir Hossain Raju said about Shuvo’s performance in the film, “Shuvo has acted outstanding in the film. I believe the audience will be fascinated by his acting.”
Arefin Shuvo also informed DhakaLive that he will enjoy the film with the audience today in a few cinema halls of the capital.
On the other hand, Shuvo will fly to Bangkok tonight. After taking part in the shooting of a song for the Jakir Hossain Raju’s another film ‘Premi O Premi’ there, he will return to home after three days. l
