The results of this year’s Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations will be published on August 18, the education ministry said yesterday.
All education boards would simultaneously publish the results after a press conference of the education minister on the day.  
Before it, Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid, accompanied by chairmen of all the education boards, would hand over the copies of the result to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
The theoretical part of the examinations started on April 3 and concluded on June 9, while the practical examinations were held between June 11 and June 20.
